We’ll develop an exercise plan so you can have a healthier relationship with your body, including:
Exploring options that include aerobics, strength, and core training exercises, along with balance, flexibility, and stretch training
Establishing realistic and attainable goals
Researching fitness memberships and classes
Tips for developing an at-home stretching and relaxation ritual
Stress Management & Self Care
We’ll design a plan to help you focus on self care and learn to manage internal and external stress factors, including:
Understanding triggers and identifying anxiety
Bringing calm into your life through healthy breathing, mindfulness and meditation practices
Assessing sleep patterns and how to improve them
Tips on how to create a positive, bright, and calm physical environment
Advice on building your tribe and a healthy circle of support
