We’ll create a nutrition plan specific to you and your body’s needs, including:

  • Direction on healthy living and an overview of the benefits of good nutrition

  • Discussion on the pros and cons of specific diets and food trends, and what impact those have on your body

  • Recommendations on shopping lists, menu plans, and recipes

Exercise

We’ll develop an exercise plan so you can have a healthier relationship with your body, including:

  • Exploring options that include aerobics, strength, and core training exercises, along with balance, flexibility, and stretch training

  • Establishing realistic and attainable goals

  • Researching fitness memberships and classes

  • Tips for developing an at-home stretching and relaxation ritual

Stress Management & Self Care

We’ll design a plan to help you focus on self care and learn to manage internal and external stress factors, including:

  • Understanding triggers and identifying anxiety

  • Bringing calm into your life through healthy breathing, mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Assessing sleep patterns and how to improve them

  • Tips on how to create a positive, bright, and calm physical environment

  • Advice on building your tribe and a healthy circle of support
